Differentiation of Pelvis and Hips

What is the difference?

 

Mobility of pelvis

Exercises:  Pelvic clock, pelvic tilts

 

 

Mobility of hips and pelvis

Exercises: Bridging

Bridging with lateral gliding

 

Mobility of hips alone

Exercises: Tabletop and bicycle, scissors

Leg circles (knee bent or straight)

 

More advanced stability exercise and dural stretch:

Quadruped and push up to downward dog

 

 

Other concepts:

Tension in dura (sleeve of nervous system)

Resting tension

End range tension

 

Foot mobility and spread

Tarsals

Including toe pulls (individual and bunches).
